Delivery Timeline

Orders will be delivered within 10 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Banarasi Style offers Free Shipping on merchandise orders above ₹4999 INR.

  • International: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Remote Area Surcharge: For certain remote locations within India, our courier partners may levy an additional surcharge. If this applies to your delivery address, you will be informed of the cost in advance before completing your billing transaction.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation via email and text message. This notification will include your tracking number and details of the shipping agency. You can track the real-time status of your package on the shipping agent’s website using the assigned tracking number.

Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times. If they are unable to deliver after these attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure faster delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct Zip Code and a valid mobile number.

  • Returns due to Non-Availability: Please note that orders shipped and subsequently returned to us due to "Non-Availability on Delivery" are not eligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes. The original order will be considered forfeit in lieu of the return costs.
